- You’re responsible for passports, visas and entry rules.
These terms cover all bookings and services from Majesty Morocco, a private tour operator based in Marrakech. Booking with us means you agree to them.
01 About us
Majesty Morocco is a licensed and insured Moroccan tour operator creating 100% private, tailor-made trips since 2012.
02 Booking & payment
See our Booking & Payment Policy. A 30% non-refundable deposit confirms your trip; the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
03 Cancellations & refunds
See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
04 What’s included
Your itinerary lists exactly what’s included. Anything not listed — flights, visas, insurance, unlisted meals, tips, personal expenses — isn’t included unless agreed in writing.
05 Passports & entry
You’re responsible for a valid passport, any visas, and meeting Morocco’s entry and health requirements. We’re happy to advise, but can’t be responsible for denied entry.
06 Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is required. It should cover medical care, emergency repatriation, cancellation and personal belongings.
07 Health & special requirements
Tell us about any medical, dietary or mobility needs when you book. Some activities like camel treks and desert excursions carry natural risks you accept by joining.
08 Changes by us
Occasionally weather, availability or safety means we adjust your plan. We’ll always offer the closest alternative of equal or higher standard.
09 Liability
We choose our suppliers carefully, but we act as organizer and aren’t liable for loss or injury caused by third-party suppliers or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked.
10 Conduct
We can end the participation of any traveler whose behavior endangers others or seriously disrupts the trip, without refund.
11 Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
