- Cancel more than 30 days before arrival → full balance refunded.
- Cancel 30 days or fewer before → balance may not be refundable.
- The 30% deposit is always non-refundable.
- Always cancel in writing by email.
Plans change — we get it. Here’s exactly what happens if you need to cancel or change a confirmed trip.
01 How to cancel
Email us at contact@majestymorocco.com. The date we receive your email is the date we use to work out your refund.
Deposit (30%): non-refundable in all cases — it secures your bookings.
Balance (70%): fully refunded if you cancel more than 30 days before arrival.
Within 30 days: the balance may be non-refundable, since camps, riads and services are already paid to our partners for you.

03 Changing a confirmed trip
We’ll always try to accommodate changes. Changes made more than 21 days before arrival are usually free (subject to availability). Closer to your date, some supplier costs may apply.
04 If we have to cancel
If we ever cancel your trip for reasons within our control, you get a full refund — including your deposit — or you can rebook for new dates.
05 Events beyond anyone’s control
For things like extreme weather, natural disasters, political instability, border closures or pandemics, we can’t be held liable — but we’ll offer a travel credit valid for 24 months wherever we can.
06 Travel insurance
We strongly recommend insurance with cancellation cover. It often refunds costs that fall outside this policy.
