About Majesty Morocco
We are Rachid Elagzi and the Majesty Morocco team your hosts in Marrakech since 2012.
Our Story
Majesty Morocco was born from a simple belief: the Morocco you deserve is private, personal, and unhurried. After guiding American travelers through Marrakech medinas and the Sahara for years, founder Rachid Elagzi saw how often visitors were rushed through group tours ticking boxes instead of making memories.
So in 2012, he built something different: a private-experience company that treats every trip like it is the only one. No buses. No set schedules. Just you, your people, and a Morocco that unfolds at your pace.
What started as a handful of custom desert tours has grown into a full-service private travel company handling honeymoons, milestone celebrations, family adventures, and corporate retreats. We are still based in Marrakech. We still answer our own phone. And we still design every itinerary by hand.
Licensed & Insured
Majesty Morocco is a fully licensed Moroccan tour operator. We are bonded and insured, and your booking with us is protected under Moroccan tourism law.
License number: available upon request.
Meet Rachid Elagzi
Rachid has been living in Marrakech and building private Morocco tours since 2012. He knows the difference between Erg Chebbi and Erg Chigaga and when to recommend one over the other. He personally vets every riad, every guide, and every desert camp we use.
Rachid philosophy: “This is not the Sahara that is a campsite with sand. Let me show you the real one.”
