This policy explains how we confirm your trip and how payments work. By paying your deposit, you agree to this policy, our Cancellation & Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
01 How we confirm your trip
Every trip is custom-built. Once you approve your itinerary and price, we confirm your booking the moment your deposit arrives — and we secure your riads, desert camps, private guide and transport for your dates.
02 Deposit & balance
The 30% deposit is non-refundable because we use it to reserve your accommodations and services upfront. The remaining balance is refundable under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
03 Booking close to your travel date
If you book fewer than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due at booking so we can secure everything in time.
04 How to pay
- Bank transfer (USD, EUR or GBP)
- Credit or debit card
- PayPal
Any bank or card fees are the traveler’s responsibility unless we say otherwise.
05 Your price is locked
Once we receive your deposit, your price is fixed. Quotes given before booking are estimates and can change with availability until confirmed.
